  • Advanced programming proficiency in Java, featuring a strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns, concurrent programming, memory management, and runtime performance optimization.
  • Direct practical experience architecting and building highly scalable, distributed cloud-native services (incorporating microservices, containerization frameworks, and managed cloud infrastructure tools).
  • Proven experience or strong operational familiarity leveraging Artificial Intelligence paradigms and automated coding models directly within the software engineering lifecycle to refine code safety and accelerate builds.
  • Ability to specify, design, and implement modest evolutionary changes to existing enterprise software architecture. Proven skills in deep-tier troubleshooting and debugging complex database or network-level performance regressions.
  • Capability to provide informal technical mentorship, perform structured peer code reviews, and offer technical guidance to junior engineering staff members.
  • Absolute fluency in reading, writing, and speaking technical English.
